2. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. Please read them carefully before ordering.
3. Products
RocketBuddy is a scale-model display piece / adult collectible intended for ages 14 and up. It is not a toy and is not designed, tested, or certified to toy safety standards. Product images are for illustration; minor variation between units is normal. Full technical and safety information is available on request in line with the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR).
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your card details.
5. Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud), in which case you'll be refunded in full.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the product page or at checkout. Where no specific date is given, delivery will take place within 30 days of order confirmation, in line with EU consumer law. We ship within the EU; delivery times vary by destination.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at johansrydberg@gmail.com before the deadline. You must return the item in its original condition within 14 days of notifying us. We will refund the product price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return, using the original payment method. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or not as described.
8. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us at johansrydberg@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the price you paid for the product.

All content on this website — including product designs, text, images, and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
